Ludovic Schober Architectes — architecture studio in Sion, Valais
Ludovic Schober Architectes is an architecture studio based in Sion, active throughout the Valais (Sion, Sierre, Martigny and surroundings). The practice undertakes renovation, transformation and new-build projects — both private commissions and competitions — across varied programmes: housing, schools, healthcare, offices, hospitality and restaurants. It was founded in late 2016, following the competition won for the conversion into a nursing home and the extension of the former Sainte-Claire clinic in Sierre.
Our architecture is based on the art of sobriety: a humble approach anchored in its context, attentive to materiality and economy of means, seeking to integrate lastingly into the Valais territory. Ludovic Schober, founding architect, is a committee member of the SIA Valais section.
